Once you have created a job you can book parts to it. Note: The parts are taken out of stock as they are booked to the Job.
There are several ways to book parts to a job:
1.You can Recall the Job by selecting Sales, then Recall, ensure the Jobs option is selected on the top line and select the appropriate Job. See Recalling / Invoicing Jobs
2.You can also start with an empty sales transaction, add the parts on the sales screen, then click Finish and select Book to Job on the left-hand menu. Then select the correct job and click save.
3.You can select Items Booked from the Organiser Job Edit screen
