To change the criteria on any report highlight the report in the tree view and then select Edit from the left menu and look at the Criteria tab.
You can have any number of criteria lines for a report. You can edit lines, add lines and delete lines.
To create a new criteria line select New Line from the left menu. Select a field name from the first column. If the field you want is not listed select the available fields tab and make sure that field is ticked in the Criteria column.
When finished any changes select Ok for this session only of select Save Default to save permanently.
