CRM - Prospects

CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) helps you keep track of your current appointments, tasks, reports and prospects.

Prospects track the whole process of a sales enquiry from the initial contact to the sale or loss, you can set yourself reminders to contact the customer, target dates and revenue amounts.

To create a new prospect

Select CRM from the top menu, then ensure the Prospect tab is selected

Select New from the left menu

Choose a contact

Fill out Prospect information eg. Summary = Detailed information about the customer (Age, Interests, Specific Info) Action Details = What happened on that event (Contact method, time, additional info)

When completed select Ok from the left menu

You now have option to choose reminder options.

To create new prospect events

Select CRM from the top menu, then ensure the Prospect tab is selected

Select your prospect from the grid

Select the new option above the Actions

Fill out Prospect information
