You would have one line for every component of a Kit or List.

Notes: See General / Importing Data for details of what can corrupt the Import.

When finished save as a CSV format.

To Import select Items, Stock, Maintenance. Select the Import option and select the format of: Actions (Kits)corrupt the Import. Then select the CSV file created above.

The Import will do the following:

Search for the Kit Description in the Actions. If it does not find an exact match it will create it

Search for the Kit Part Number in Stock Items. If it does not find an exact match it will create it. It will also assign it the Action ID in the first Action

Search for the Component Part Number in Stock Items. If it does not find an exact match it will create it. It will also create an Action Line for the above Action (If it does not already exist)

Note: If Evopos creates new stock items it will use the default Category for Store1 (see Settings / System / Stores). If you want to set the Category you can temporally change this prior to import. Also it does not create any prices etc, however if you have the details in a Supplier Price Book with a matching Part Number, you can select 'Update Store from Price Book' in Items / Price Books / Maintenance.
