Importing Price Books

Previous topic Next topic JavaScript is required for the print function  

Open the stock file spreadsheet, arrange the data columns into the following order and save as CSV Type. Fields in red are optional.

A part number the item supersedes to (If any)

Excluding tax (without commas or currency symbols)

Excluding tax (without commas or currency symbols)

0 or Z = Zero, (anything else = Standard Rated)

Discount Code

For reference only. Cost should be automatically calculated in conversion

Format Code

To format part numbers (insert dashes) for display (Future Use)

eg: Spark Plugs - NGK (Or new Code option)

Brand Name

eg: NGK

Other Prices if required

If the item has a different barcode number

eg: A catalogue description (can contain HTML)

Note: If marking up the price when importing the UserDefined_3 field will contain the original Retail price
