To Log a report select Log Report from the top menu.
You should then get a Log Report screen come up. First select the area in which the issue is, give a short summary of the issue in the Summary section, and then enter any details in the details section
When complete, select OK from the left menu and the report should be sent direct into our customer support (portal) system.
You can see the status of your logged issues at any time by going to the Evopos Web Portal at http:\help.evopos.com
Note: When you phone in a report we will enter this on for you so you should be able to all your current and past issues.
