Most forms Invoices, Estimates Sales Orders can have a default message and the content can be set here. Invoices are split into their 9 departments so you can have different messages for invoices for Repairs, Units, etc.
Status Bar Help
Each screen can have informative text in the Status bar when it is selected. Note this may get over-written when other information is displayed when certain actions are performed.
This enables you to set certain statistical information, normally when producing complex reports such as manufacturers composite reports.
You can have the following types of statistical data:
•Fixed data - Such as Head Count for each department
•Nominal data - Such as listing one or more nominal codes to get a value for the period in question
•Stock Item data - Such as listing one or more Part Numbers to get a value for the period in question
