Organising Reports

Evopos has hundreds of standard and regional specific reports so we have developed several ways to help organize the reports.

Note: The most common reports are included in the 'Quick Reports' option in several main areas. eg:

Items / Units

Accounts

There is also the main Reports option on the top menu. Here you can pre-configure reports with different names and criteria defaults

You can restrict the reports available for each security level. To change this select Settings / System and Security. Set the appropriate security level and then un-tick any reports (on the right side) not wanted for that security level

You can also set your common reports as Favorites. To do this select Edit from the left menu, select the General tab and make sure favorites is ticked. You can toggle between 'All Reports' and 'Favorites' by selecting the option on the left menu

You can also name your reports on the menu to be more meaningful to you. To do this select Edit from the left menu, select the General tab and change the Menu name.

When finished any changes select Ok for this session only of select Save Default to save permanently.
