Evopos Payroll is an optional module for calculating and processing your Payroll in certain countries.

Payroll can

Work out your employees tax

Produce pay slips

Track holiday days

Track sick days

Create end of year reports

You first need to set up the employees details in Settings / Operators. There is a tab for Payroll and the fields can vary per region.

You can then Process the payroll by selecting Accounts / Payroll. This screen should show all employees (with Payroll set) that are due to be paid for the selected date. You can highlight each employee and select Edit to view or change details and then tick when correct. Then you can select Process from the left menu to process the pays for the ticked employees. It will also crease purchase transactions for the wages and for the superannuation.

Payroll is only available for some countries tax systems.
