Tasks are a useful way to allocate your Operators with non-repair jobs. For example, if a customer calls for someone and they are busy, you can create a printed task sheet for them to return the call.

To create a task, go to the CRM or the Organiser and click New. Then select the Task tab at the top of the new job window. Now you can enter the contact and add the relevant details. The options to save and print or just save are both available to you.

Once saved, you can access your outstanding tasks by going to Organiser, then List. Here, you can select the Tasks button and choose which operators tasks you want to see. This menu allows you to edit tasks, delete them or mark them as completed.

To mark them as completed, simply double click on the completed task and click the Completed button at the bottom of the window.
